Botonique (Non-Alcoholic Drink)

Botonique is a non-alcoholic drink that is perfect for mums to be, anyone looking for a healthier alternative to alcohol or just don’t drink for whatever reason! It looks like Proscecco, but has herbs, spices and citrus blended with sparking water and pear juice to create a unique flavour. In addition, it also contains a blend of vitamins, minerals and amino acids, which alcohol is known to deplete. This means it has some great health benefits; it provides anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, alkalising, detoxifying and hydrating qualities. It also contains just 1/6 the calories of wine too, with no added sugar, artificial sweeteners, flavours, colours or preservatives.

Cost: £6.99 per 750ml bottle.

Rock and Ruddle (Hairbrush)

This stylish brand of hairbrush comes in a selection of creative designs and makes a cool, unique gift that can be personalised too. It comes in two sizes; travel size or full size. They are made from ethically- sourced boar bristles (so note; not for vegans!) and are good quality brushes that are great for your hair.

Cost: £20 – £30 (exact price depends on style/ size).

Star Name Registry (Name a Star)

Give the gift of a star with Star Name Registry! You can name a star after your loved one as a unique and special gift. These come in a range of prices depending on which package you choose and they make a perfect last minute gift too! You can read more about them on my previous blog post and I have a giveaway to win an extra bright star gift set over there as well!

Hersey & Son (Silver Jewellery)

Hersey & Son is a traditional UK silversmith (one of the last in the country!) established in 1955. The range is made by hand in their London- based workshop and includes tableware, photo frames, wine coasters and jewellery. Most pieces can be personalised too. These beautiful items make a gorgeous gift.

Cost: £20 – £600

Wax Melts

Teddy Eva Scents have some lovely wax melts to choose from. They have some great clams and cute teddy bear shapes to choose from, or waffles that cost £4.50 for 95-110g of wax, and come all packed up in a compostable plastic bag.

  1. I love that the necklaces can be personalised. They are absolutely beautiful and would make a precious gifts for many different occasions.

  2. The necklace is lovely, think it would make a wonderful gift for my daughters 17th birthday. Thanks for the chance to win!

  3. Lovely jewellery and i love that it’s Sterling silver as well, been caught Out A Few Times With Overpriced Costume Jewellery That Tarnishes Badly ?

  4. I really like this, its understated and classy while being personal too. I think personalised gifts really show that you’ve put thought in about the person recieving them.

  5. Hersey & Son Sterling Silver Star and Initial Pendant is stunning 🙂 I love how delicate and understated it is

  6. The Hersey & Son pendants are so pretty; classy and personal. I’d be tempted to add a birthstone pendant, as pictured, they go beautifully with the star and initial.

  7. My favourite Mothers’ Day gift is flowers. I don’t agree with people who say they’re too generic; they’re perfect for brightening up the home in early spring.

  8. I write lots of letters and my family often buy me stamps and envelopes and I’m as thrilled with these as with typical gifts and it saves me money too 🙂

  9. My favourite Mother’s Day gift was my daughter making me a card in nursery it still means the world to me as it had taken me many years of recurrent miscarriages and fertility treatment before being finally being blessed with our daughter. So I absolutely love Mother’s Day but even though I have had some lovely presents nothing tops that first card she had made herself.

  10. The grandchildren make vouchers with treats to use when I like, the best one this year was “You can have a bath for an hour without me coming in for a poo!”

  11. My daughter chose a bath bomb for me because I love soaking in the bath. It was a perfect gift and all the more special because it was her idea rather than daddy’s

  12. My ideal Mothers day would go something like this, It goes a little something like this, the evening to myself, the house is fairly clean, clean bedding, a pamper shower (a shower where I shave myself and exfoliate!), moisturize, clean PJ’s, a takeaway, diet cola, movie of my choice! WOW ! Beautiful jewelry, love the star and initial, put it on my wish list!

  13. Just to see my sons if possible! Its going to be difficult this year as it will be the first time without my youngest lad as he’s moved to Australia – hoping to video call him!

  14. how pretty! i love the necklace! i’d also send my mum flowers, she loves daffodils so i tend to give her random bunches through the year 🙂

  15. I always like to arrange a trip somewhere that is a surprise to my Mum. This year I’m taking her to a bird sanctuary which I know she’ll love.
