Since my blog regularly focuses on health and wellbeing, when I was planning my gift guides for this season I knew I definitely wanted to include one on this topic specifically. It is important to me when choosing gifts for others to pick something out that is meaningful and special, or truly makes a difference to their lives. She offers solid practical advice on how we can fill up our own ‘love reservoirs’ and empower ourselves to go after the life.
